Using Tsenta on iPhone and Android: swipe or Auto Apply

Yes, the Tsenta app for iPhone and Android fills and submits job applications for you from your phone: swipe right on a role and Tsenta completes the application in its cloud. You can also review tailored résumés, follow each application, read replies and, on the Power plan, run Auto Apply where it is available.

Get started on your phone

1. Download Tsenta from the App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android.
2. Sign in with your existing Tsenta account, or create one and add your résumé.
3. Open Jobs and swipe right on a role to apply, or left to pass.
4. Follow each application in Applications, and read replies in Inbox.

Swipe to apply

• Swipe right to apply. Tsenta tailors your résumé, fills the employer's form and submits it.
• Swipe left to pass. You can undo your last pass.
• The buttons under the top card do the same: the X passes, the check mark applies, and the button between them refines your matches.

Each submitted application uses one from your allowance. Passing doesn't.

Auto Apply on your phone

Where it is available, the app has an Auto tab. Turn Auto Apply on there and set its daily cap and match quality. Auto Apply needs the Power plan. See turning on Auto Apply for what each setting does.

Notifications

With notifications on, the app can tell you when applications are submitted, when a tailored résumé is ready for your review, and how many applications Auto Apply sent. It also tells you when Auto Apply pauses because a résumé profile is missing something.

Plans bought in the app

A plan you buy in the app is billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel it there. A plan you bought on the web is changed and managed on the web. See billing, refunds and cancelling.

What is on the web first

The app covers finding roles, applying, reviewing progress and managing your search. Some controls appear on the web first, such as connecting Gmail or Outlook and changing a web plan. The web dashboard has the broadest set of settings.
