Plans, pricing and what counts as one application
Last updated
Tsenta's first 25 applications are free with no credit card, then Starter is $19 a month for 600 applications, Pro is $39 a month for 1,500 and Power is $99 a month for 4,500. One application means one job actually submitted to an employer, so failed attempts, skipped matches and drafts you never approved don't count.
Plans
Prices in US dollars:
| Plan | Applications | Monthly | Quarterly | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 25 in total | $0 | Not offered | Not offered |
| Starter | 600 per cycle | $19 | $49 | $159 |
| Pro | 1,500 per cycle | $39 | $79 | $299 |
| Power | 4,500 per cycle | $99 | $239 | $799 |
Quarterly and annual billing lower the effective monthly price by up to 36%. In some markets, such as India, Tsenta charges in local currency with different prices and allowances. The pricing page and checkout show what you will pay.
What every plan includes
Every plan, including the free 25, runs the full agent: matching, a tailored résumé and cover letter, submission on 30+ supported employer systems including Workday, and tracking. Every plan works on the web dashboard, the iPhone and Android apps, the Chrome extension, iMessage, WhatsApp and the MCP server for AI assistants.
The one difference beyond volume is Auto Apply, which picks and submits roles without asking about each one. It needs Power.
What counts as one application
- Counts: an application submitted to an employer.
- Doesn't count: a failed attempt, a match you skip, a draft you never approved, or an application you cancel before anything was sent.
- Counts again: a Reapply, which creates a new application.
When Tsenta starts an application it sets one aside from your allowance. If the attempt fails or is skipped, that application goes back automatically. So your balance can dip while applications are running and return if one doesn't go through.
When your allowance resets
- Monthly plans reset with each monthly billing date.
- Quarterly and annual plans reset every 30 days within the billing period.
- The free 25 are once per account and don't reset.
Unused applications don't roll over.
If you run out
Upgrade to a bigger plan, which takes effect immediately; wait for your next reset; or, on a paid web plan, add pay-per-application funds. See billing, refunds and cancelling.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every account gets 25 free applications with no credit card. They are a one-time allowance per account, not a monthly one, and they run the full agent.
Do failed applications count against my plan?
No. Only applications successfully submitted to an employer count. Failed attempts, skipped matches and applications cancelled before anything was sent are given back automatically.
Do unused applications roll over?
No. Each cycle starts with your plan's allowance, and unused applications don't carry into the next one.
Which plan should I choose?
Starter's 600 fits a focused search against a short list of companies. Pro's 1,500 is the usual fit for a new grad, OPT or post-layoff search that has to cover a lot of employers quickly. Power's 4,500 is for broad searches and is the plan that includes Auto Apply.
