Connecting Tsenta to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants (MCP server)
Last updated
Yes, Tsenta has an MCP server that works as a Claude connector, so Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants can find roles and apply to jobs for you through your own Tsenta account. It is a personal connector for your assistant: you sign in with OAuth, and it uses the same profile, résumés and application allowance as the dashboard.
The server address is:
https://api.autojobs.me/api/v1/mcp
The original autojobs.me domain is still the connector's address. You can also copy it in the web dashboard under Settings, Connect Claude or ChatGPT. Complete your Tsenta profile before you connect.
Connect Claude (desktop and web)
- In the web dashboard, open Settings, then Connect Claude or ChatGPT, and copy the server URL.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector.
- Name it Tsenta, paste the URL and select Add.
- Select Connect, sign in to Tsenta and approve access.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds the connector in Organization settings.
Connect ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT's Settings, turn on Developer mode.
- Create a new plugin named Tsenta, paste the server URL and choose OAuth.
- Create it, then sign in to Tsenta and approve access.
Connect Claude Code
Run this in your terminal, then run /mcp, pick Tsenta and choose Authenticate to approve in your browser:
claude mcp add --transport http tsenta https://api.autojobs.me/api/v1/mcp
Cursor, Codex and other assistants
Step-by-step guides for Cursor and the Codex CLI are on tsenta.com/mcp. Other MCP clients that support remote servers over Streamable HTTP with OAuth, such as OpenClaw, can use the same server address.
What your assistant can do
Start by asking it to check your Tsenta profile or find roles. Tsenta's tools cover:
- finding roles and checking your profile and résumé profiles,
- reviewing applications and their status, your tracker and your inbox,
- checking how many applications you have left,
- networking: finding the best contact at a company, returning a work email only when it is verified, and saving an email or LinkedIn draft. Tsenta never sends outreach for you. Networking searches share a daily allowance that resets at midnight US Eastern.
The tools your assistant lists after connecting are the current set.
Applying from your assistant
Submitting an application sends material to a real employer and uses one of your applications. Tell your assistant which role and which résumé to use, and confirm the action. Connecting an assistant doesn't guarantee it will ask before every change; that depends on the assistant. Résumé review and form review stay separate controls, and form review works only on employer systems that support pausing.
Privacy and disconnecting
Your assistant receives the results of the Tsenta tools it calls, which can include profile, application and inbox details. Tsenta receives what your assistant sends to its tools, not your conversations or files. Read both providers' privacy terms before you connect.
To disconnect, remove the connector in your assistant. In Claude Code, run claude mcp remove tsenta. Removing the connector and revoking its authorization are different steps; email founders@tsenta.com for help revoking access.
Troubleshooting
- No tools after sign-in: finish the approval in your browser, then reconnect or restart the assistant.
- Missing profile information: ask the assistant which fields are needed, and fill them in.
- A role is unavailable: it may be closed or on a system Tsenta can't submit on. Check the dashboard.
- No applications left: check your plan and balance in the dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a Claude connector that applies to jobs for me?
Yes. Tsenta's MCP server works as a custom connector in Claude. After you sign in and approve it, Claude can find roles, check your applications and apply through your Tsenta account.
Who is the Tsenta MCP server for?
For you and your own AI assistant. It connects one Tsenta account, yours, after you sign in and approve access. It uses your profile, résumés and plan, the same as the dashboard.
Does connecting an assistant cost extra?
No. It is included on every plan. Applications your assistant submits use your plan's allowance like any other.
Can my assistant send applications without asking me?
Submitting sends material to a real employer, so tell your assistant which role and résumé to use and confirm the action. Whether your assistant asks before each tool call depends on the assistant, not on Tsenta.
