Supported job sites and ATSes: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and more

Last updated

Yes, Tsenta's agent applies to jobs on Workday and 30+ other applicant tracking systems (ATSes), including Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. It submits on the employer's own application system, so a role you find on a job board works too, as long as the employer takes applications on a supported system.

Supported systems

Tsenta applies on these applicant tracking systems and employer systems:

Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Rippling, iCIMS, BambooHR, Workable, JazzHR, Jobvite, BreezyHR, Oracle Cloud, SmartRecruiters, Paylocity, UltiPro, ADP, ADP Recruiting, Dover, Gem, Zoho Recruit, Apploi, AppOne, Betterteam, BrassRing, CareerPlug, Cornerstone OnDemand, Dayforce, Eightfold, Factorial, GetHired, Gusto, Harri, HireClick, Hireology, HiringThing, IdealTraits, iSolved Hire, ApplicantPro, Join, Paradox, Paycom, HRMDirect, Paycor Recruiting, Personio, Phenom, Pinpoint, Polymer, Recruitee, SAP SuccessFactors, TalentReef, Taleo Business Edition, Taleo Enterprise, Teamtailor, Trakstar Hire, WizeHire, Workstream.

The list changes as Tsenta adds systems. The dashboard is the current source for whether a specific role is eligible.

Job boards vs application systems

An applicant tracking system hosts the employer's application form. A job board, such as LinkedIn or Indeed, helps you find a role but often sends you to a different system to apply. Tsenta applies where the employer takes the application. It does not submit LinkedIn Easy Apply applications, which stay inside LinkedIn.

You don't need to know which ATS a role uses. Tsenta works it out from the job link.

Check a specific job

  1. Copy the job's link from the job board or the employer's career page.
  2. Paste it into Tsenta in the web dashboard, or click Apply now with the Chrome extension on the job page.
  3. Tsenta finds where the employer takes applications and tells you whether it can apply.
  4. If it can, start the application. If it can't, apply directly with the employer and add the role to your tracker.

Why a supported system can still fail

  • Not every employer or role is eligible. A supported system does not guarantee that every role on it can be submitted.
  • Forms change. An employer can change its form, and a role can close while you're applying.
  • Temporary holds. When an employer system changes in a way that breaks submissions, Tsenta can hold applications to that system and run them once it works again.
  • Accounts. Workday, iCIMS and Oracle often require an account partway through the form. Set an application password under Settings, Application password, so Tsenta can create it. Auto Apply skips Workday roles until you do.

A failed attempt does not use one of your applications.

Ask for another system

If your target employers use a system that isn't listed, email founders@tsenta.com with an example job link.

Frequently asked questions

Can Tsenta apply to jobs on Workday?

Yes. Tsenta completes multi-page Workday applications and submits them. Many Workday employers make you create an account during the application, so set an application password in Settings and Tsenta creates those accounts for you.

How many applicant tracking systems does Tsenta support?

30+ applicant tracking systems and employer systems, listed in this article. The dashboard is the current source for whether a specific role is eligible.

Can Tsenta apply to jobs I find on LinkedIn or Indeed?

When the listing sends you to the employer's own application on a supported system, yes. Tsenta applies there, on the employer's system. It doesn't submit LinkedIn Easy Apply applications.

Does a supported system mean every job on it will work?

No. An employer can change its form, a role can close, or a system can be temporarily unavailable. Add the job link in Tsenta to check a specific role.
